We are proud to be the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of CLEANTUFF® cleanroom packaging.

CLEANTUFF® is free of additives such as slip agents, anti-block agents, and antioxidants. It delivers excellent performance in ionic contamination, outgassing, non-volatile residue, and overall cleanliness. Unlike typical low-density barefoot materials, it is easy to open.

This material is non-marring and non-scratch, while offering increased strength, superior puncture resistance, and enhanced sealability. Although CLEANTUFF® is 4 mil thick, it exceeds the puncture and tear resistance of a 6 mil film.

Cleanroom Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

A uniquely formulated resin blend provides added strength and greater elasticity. CT100 CLEANTUFF® also features non-marring, non-scratch properties and is available in custom colors, allowing us to meet your specific LDPE film requirements.

CT200 CLEANTUFF® HDPE Film

Cleanroom High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

A specially engineered HDPE resin designed to deliver enhanced strength compared to standard cleanroom packaging materials. CT200 CLEANTUFF® also features non-marring, non-scratch properties and is available in custom colors.
